Dutch Dice Goblin Return Policy

At Dutch Dice Goblin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, you can make use of our return policy.

14-Day Cooling-off Period

According to Dutch law, as a consumer, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. This cooling-off period starts on the day after you receive the product.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, we ask you to observe the following:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition
  • The original packaging must be intact
  • Dice sets must be complete (all 7 dice present)

How to Return a Product?

Do you want to return a product? Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receipt at dutchdicegoblin@gmail.com
  2. State your order number and which product(s) you wish to return
  3. We will send you a return confirmation with instructions
  4. Carefully package and send the product back to the address we provide

Return Costs

The costs for returning a product are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or we made an error in delivery.

Refunds

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the product. If everything is in order, you will receive the full purchase amount back to the account with which you paid within 14 days. The shipping costs of the original order will not be refunded, unless the entire order is returned.

Damaged or Defective Products

Have you received a damaged or defective product? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a quick replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.

Exceptions

Please note: custom or tailor-made dice sets cannot be returned unless they are defective or do not match your order.
